Shimomura Vegetarian Mandoline Slicer VS-101

This Vegetarian mandoline slicer speeds up time-consuming prep work. Interchangeable blades and thickness adjustment let you cut vegetables to suit each dish. It handles rounds, decorative cuts, slices, julienne, fine shreds, shaved strips and minced pieces.

The thickness adjusts from about 0.8 mm (0.03 in) to 3.0 mm (0.1 in). The set includes the main body, fine, medium and coarse comb blades, and a vegetable holder. The holder protects your hand and lets you use up small pieces of vegetable safely.

It measures 32 x 10.5 x 3 cm (12.6 x 4.1 x 1.2 in) and weighs 302 g (10.7 oz / 0.67 lb). It is made in Japan.
