Shimomura Veggie Pro Mandoline Slicer Wide VPS-102

This mandoline slicer gives a 125 cm (49.2 in) cutting width, wide enough to slice cabbage and other vegetables with ease. A thickness dial lets you adjust slices up to 5 mm (0.2 in) thick, and the blade is built to a sharper, professional-style edge.

The blade is stainless steel and the body is ABS resin, with a polypropylene holder that weighs 70 g (2.5 oz / 0.15 lb); the main body weighs about 512 g (18.1 oz / 1.13 lb). The body measures 38 x 17.7 x 4.3 cm (15 x 7 x 1.7 in). Made in Japan.
