Shimomura Verdun Black Mini Julienne Slicer

The Verdun Black mini julienne slicer belongs to the Verdun Black series, a line of kitchen tools finished in a uniform black for a clean, monotone kitchen. Use it to cut daikon radish, carrots, cucumbers, yuzu peel, ginger, and similar ingredients. We offer two cutting styles: Julienne and Fine Julienne.

The ultra thin blades are set to cut in both directions, so a light push and pull motion slices quickly. The compact size is easy to handle, and the arched handle shape is comfortable to hold without straining the wrist.

The body is made from heat resistant ABS resin with a stainless steel blade, and it is dishwasher safe for easy cleaning. It measures 20.5 x 5.5 x 2.1 cm (8.1 x 2.2 x 0.8 in) and weighs 37 g (1.3 oz). Made in Japan.
