Shimomura Yakipa Takoyaki Decorating Pick Set of 2 YP-601

These decorating picks are part of the Yakipa series, made to add a fun touch to hot plate cooking. Simply push a pick into a piece of takoyaki and it turns into a little octopus.

The tip is cone shaped so it holds onto the takoyaki firmly once inserted, while the base is shaped like octopus legs for a stable stand. Because the base keeps the pick from rolling, it will not get in the way while you are cooking or eating.

The balanced design also keeps the tip raised off the table, which helps keep the tip clean between uses.

The set includes two picks, each about 5.3 x 3.8 x 3.8 cm (2.1 x 1.5 x 1.5 in) and weighing about 18 g (0.6 oz). They are dishwasher safe and made in Japan.
