Summit Karafull Deep Fryer Pot 20cm Yellow

Getting fried food crisp and light depends on keeping the oil temperature steady, so this deep fryer pot is made of iron, a material known for strong heat retention and even heating.

It works on induction (IH) stovetops as well as various other heat sources, so it fits almost any kitchen setup.

The pot has a yellow silicone baked-on coating on the iron body, a chrome-plated iron handle and frying mesh, and a stainless steel clip for holding a thermometer in place. It measures 23.8 x 22 x 12.5 cm (9.4 x 8.7 x 4.9 in) and weighs 1.2 kg (2.8 lb).

Made in Japan.
