Suncraft Mokhouse Miso Strainer 28cm

This is a miso strainer from the Suncraft Mokuhouse series, used to strain miso smoothly into soup when making miso soup. It has a natural wood handle finished with urethane coating, combined with stainless steel and ABS resin parts.

The strainer is part of a line of Mokuhouse kitchen tools that also includes a bottle opener, a peeler, and a tea strainer, each with a matching wood handle. It measures 28 x 11.5 x 10 cm (11 x 4.5 x 3.9 in) and weighs 110 g (3.9 oz). Made in Japan.
