These disposable filter sheets sit on top of the strainer net inside a Japanese oil pot. They help filter used cooking oil and slow its oxidation, and each sheet is intended for one-time use.
Each sheet is made of pulp, rayon, powdered activated carbon, and magnesium silicate as a filter aid. Each pack includes 8 sheets.
