Takehara Seikan Cera Grill Cross Grill Plate for Gas Stove F-38

This Takehara Seikan F-38 Cera Grill Cross is a grill mesh and drip pan set for a gas stovetop. The cross-pattern mesh lets you watch the food cook while holding sliced meat and vegetables in place so pieces do not fall through, and excess fat drips down into the pan below for a healthier result. A ceramic coating on the mesh uses an infrared effect that helps lock in moisture and flavor as food cooks.

Because fat drips into the pan instead of falling directly onto the burner, the stovetop stays cleaner. The drip pan is enamel coated, which resists rust and is easy to wipe down, and the mesh has a fluororesin coating that makes cleanup easier. The set measures 36 x 23.6 x 4 cm (14.2 x 9.3 x 1.6 in) and is designed for gas stoves only.
