This multi roaster from Takehara Seikan is built for grilling and works on any heat source, including gas burners and 200V induction (IH) cooktops.
The grill wires carry a fluorine non-stick coating, so food releases easily and cleanup is simple with just a wipe. The mesh keeps even small pieces of food from falling through while cooking fish, meat, vegetables, and mochi rice cakes quickly and evenly.
The body is enameled steel for durability, and the roaster is made in Japan.
Choose from two grill types: a fine, close set mesh or a cross weave mesh.
