Takehara Seikan Waraku-tei Aya IH Frying Pan 20cm PM-720

This 20 cm (7.9 in) frying pan is made by Takehara Seikan using its Pantec processing technique, developed at the company's factory in Osaka. A magnetic stainless steel plate with raised sections on the base lets heat conduct quickly for use on induction (IH) cooktops.

The pan is shaped using the hera-shibori spin-forming technique, with thin side walls and a thicker bottom, keeping the pan light while still holding up to daily use. The handle has an indentation shaped to fit the hand, making it comfortable and secure to hold while cooking.

Overall dimensions are 48 x 27.7 x 10.5 cm (18.9 x 10.9 x 4.1 in) and the pan weighs 460 g (16.2 oz / 1.01 lb). It is made in Japan.
