This frying pan cover from Takehara Seikan's Premium ZERO line is made from specially coated steel with a fluororesin finish. The coating resists food residue sticking to the surface, wipes clean easily, and helps the cover resist rust over time.
A glass window built into the cover lets you check on food while it cooks without having to lift the lid, so you can keep an eye on simmering or steaming without losing heat.
Made in Japan. This cover is offered in two sizes, S (fits pans 18 to 22 cm in diameter) and LL (fits pans 26 to 30 cm in diameter), so you can choose the one that matches your pan.
