Tamahashi Ikoi IH Tabletop Pot 20cm IK-20W

The Ikoi tabletop pot from Tamahashi is a lightweight aluminum pot sized for everyday home cooking and compatible with induction (IH) cooktops.

The interior has a gold marble fluororesin coating that makes cleanup easy, and the glass lid lets you check on your food while it is covered. A steam vent in the lid helps reduce splattering while simmering.

The knob on the lid also doubles as a rest for a ladle or cooking chopsticks, keeping your countertop tidy while you cook.

It holds 2.5 liters (2.6 qt), measures 28.4 x 24.3 x 11.8 cm (11.2 x 9.6 x 4.6 in), and weighs 920 g (32.5 oz).
