Tamahashi Lupia IH Stew Pot 20cm LU-20D

This stew pot from Tamahashi's Lupia line is designed for induction (IH) cooktops and features a bonded bottom of aluminum alloy with an 18% chromium stainless steel layer, 2.6 mm (0.1 in) thick, for even heating. The interior has a gold marble fluororesin coating that makes the pot easy to wipe clean, and the exterior has a baked-on enamel finish.

A tempered glass lid with a phenolic resin knob lets you check on food while it cooks. The deep shape suits simmered dishes and stews, and it holds enough water to make boiling easy. It measures about 32.8 x 20.5 x 19.5 cm (12.9 x 8.1 x 7.7 in) with a depth of 13.2 cm (5.2 in), and weighs 1.2 kg (2.6 lb).
