Tamahashi Non-Stick Grill Net AYT-01

The AYT-01 from Tamahashi is an electric tabletop grill designed for slow, hands-on yakitori grilling at the table, letting diners watch and control the cooking as it happens.

It can cook both pre-cooked skewers that need reheating and raw meat into finished yakitori.

Because it is not an open gas flame, skewers cook gently without charring, giving a slower, more careful grill.

The included grill net measures about 130 x 130 mm (5.1 x 5.1 in) and can also be used for mochi cakes, scallops and other seafood, and a sliding side bar lets you raise or lower it to adjust the heat.

The power cord is about 1.5 m long, and an adequate amount of water should always be added to the unit before use.
