Tamahashi Pure Copper Small Tumbler

This one-sip tumbler is made from pure copper, a metal known for its excellent heat conductivity. Pour a cold drink in and the coolness comes through quickly, helping the drink stay cold while you enjoy it. The inside of the tumbler is tin-plated, which smooths out the sharper notes in sake and gives it a rounder, more mellow taste.

The tumbler is made in Tsubame, Niigata Prefecture, and carries the "Made in Tsubame" logo mark. It measures about 9.5 x 5.3 x 5.3 cm (3.7 x 2.1 x 2.1 in), weighs about 142 g (5 oz / 0.31 lb), and holds about 150 ml (5.1 fl oz).
