Tamahashi Wide Mouth Deep Tempura Frying Pot 24cm AT-24W

This deep frying pot from Tamahashi has a sleek black-toned design built for ease of use and functional frying.

It is made of iron, a material with good heat conductivity suited to deep frying, and features a wide mouth that makes it easier to lower and lift food while frying.

A built-in draining rack lets oil drip off quickly once frying is done.

The pot works with all heat sources, including gas flame and induction (IH) cooktops at both 100V and 200V.

It measures about 34.8 x 25.2 x 12.8 cm (13.7 x 9.9 x 5 in), with an interior depth of about 100 mm (3.9 in), and weighs about 990 g (34.9 oz).

Made in Japan.
