This Kanto style tamagoyaki pan from Tanabe Kanagu is made of copper with a natural wood handle and is used by professional cooks for making Japanese rolled omelets.
Copper conducts heat very evenly, so the pan heats without hot spots and produces a fluffy, moist omelet. The square Kanto shape is well suited to a thick, richly sweet tamagoyaki.
This pan is for gas stovetops only and is made in Japan.
It is available in four sizes, 15 cm, 18 cm, 21 cm, and 24 cm, so you can choose the one that best fits your cooking needs.
