This copper tumbler from the Hana series is made for beer, keeping drinks ice cold while giving the foam a smoother, more mellow feel. Copper's high thermal conductivity chills a cold drink almost instantly and helps it hold that coldness, while the tin lining on the interior is said to make the drink taste smoother through an ionic effect.
The exterior has a baked clear coating that keeps the copper from discoloring over time. The design leaves out hammered texture so copper's natural look and feel comes through, and it sits comfortably in the hand from the first touch. The character for "Hana" (flower) is engraved on both the inside and outside.
It comes in a Copper Mirror finish with a festive pink gold color or a Matte finish with a calm, cool silver tone shine, in two capacities, and as a single tumbler or a set of two packaged together in a paulownia wood gift box. Made in Japan.
