This is the large long version of a scraper designed to clean out the last bit of batter, dressing, or sauce from a mixing bowl, with an extra-long handle for added reach. It is handy for baking as well as for preparing dressings and sauces, and it is useful through every stage from prepping ingredients to cooking.
The tip is made of an elastomer resin that stays soft and flexible while standing up to repeated bending, and it offers good resistance to oil and common kitchen chemicals. The scraper is dishwasher safe for easy cleanup.
