Tanabe Kanagu Heat Resistant Butter Beater

This butter beater is part of Tanabe Kanagu's nylon-tipped kitchen tool series, made for mixing and stirring in nonstick-coated pots and frying pans while handling food gently. The blade is 310 mm (12.2 in) long and 1.5 mm (0.1 in) thick.

The blade is made of nylon rather than metal, so it will not scratch or wear away the nonstick coating on pots and pans. The resin is heat resistant up to 240°C (464°F), so it can be used for stir-frying, deep-frying and other high-heat cooking.

The stainless steel handle and the nylon blade are joined in a single molded piece, so the blade will not come loose or separate from the handle over time.

This butter beater is offered in two colors: Black and Red.
