Tanabe Kanagu Heat Resistant Flat Spatula Black 0248

This flat spatula is part of Tanabe Kanagu's nylon-tipped kitchen tool series, made for use with nonstick-coated pots and frying pans and for handling food gently. The blade is 260 mm (10.2 in) long and 1.5 mm (0.1 in) thick.

The blade is made of nylon rather than metal, so it will not scratch or wear away the nonstick coating on pots and pans. The resin is heat resistant up to 240°C (464°F), so the spatula can be used for stir-frying, deep-frying and other high-heat cooking.

The stainless steel handle and the nylon blade are joined in a single molded piece, so the blade will not come loose or separate from the handle over time.
