Tanabe Kanagu Heat Resistant Mini Flat Spatula Orange 2716

This mini flat spatula is part of a nylon-tipped kitchen tool series designed to be gentle on fluorine-coated pots and pans as well as on food. Its compact mini size suits small pots and pans, making it a good fit for single-person households or for kids helping out in the kitchen, and it comes in a choice of colors to coordinate with your kitchen.

The tip is made of nylon rather than metal, so it will not scratch or wear away fluorine coatings. It is heat resistant up to 240°C, so it can be used for stir-frying, deep-frying and other high-heat cooking.

The stainless steel handle and the resin tip are joined by one-piece molding, so the tip will not come loose from the handle. It measures about 23 x 9 x 3 cm (9.1 x 3.5 x 1.2 in) and weighs about 100 g (3.5 oz / 0.22 lb), and is made in Japan. This one comes in Orange.
