Tanabe Kanagu Heat Resistant Mini Turner

This mini turner is part of Tanabe Kanagu's nylon tipped kitchen tool series, made for use with nonstick coated pots and frying pans and for handling food gently. Its compact size is sized for small pots and frying pans, making it convenient for people living alone or for children helping out in the kitchen.

The tip is made of nylon rather than metal, so it will not scratch or wear away the nonstick coating on pots and pans. The resin is heat resistant up to 240°C (464°F), so the turner can be used for stir frying, deep frying and other high heat cooking.

The stainless steel handle and the nylon tip are joined in a single molded piece, so the tip will not come loose or separate from the handle over time. It measures about 23 x 6 x 3 cm (9.1 x 2.4 x 1.2 in) and is made in Japan.

This turner is available in Black, Orange and Red so it can be matched to your kitchen.
