Tanabe Kanagu Heat Resistant Mini Turner Red 2648

This mini turner is part of Tanabe Kanagu's nylon-tipped kitchen tool series, made for use with nonstick-coated pots and frying pans and for handling food gently. Its compact size, 230 mm (9.1 in) long, is sized for small pots and frying pans, making it convenient for people living alone or for children helping out in the kitchen. The series comes in three colors so it can be matched to the kitchen.

The tip is made of nylon rather than metal, so it will not scratch or wear away the nonstick coating on pots and pans. The resin is heat resistant up to 240°C (464°F), so the turner can be used for stir-frying, deep-frying and other high-heat cooking.

The stainless steel handle and the nylon tip are joined in a single molded piece, so the tip will not come loose or separate from the handle over time.
