These stainless steel tongs are an all-purpose tool for frying, sauteing, plating, and serving, and they work equally well in home kitchens, commercial kitchens, and deli counters. A patented handle design keeps the grip opening compact, so the tongs are easy to open and close even for women and children.

A special spring treatment gives the tongs a comfortable, steady grip in a compact shape, so hands do not tire during long use. The nylon tips will not scratch coated hot plates and pots the way plain stainless tongs can, and they are heat resistant up to 240 degrees Celsius.

The tongs are molded in one piece with no metal fasteners, which keeps foreign objects out of food and leaves no gaps for food to collect, making them easy to clean. The tongs are dishwasher safe.
