Tanabe Kanagu Heat Resistant Turner Black 0279

This turner is part of a nylon kitchen tool series designed to be gentle on non-stick cookware and food. The nylon tip will not scratch or wear away the coating on pots and pans that have a fluorine or similar non-stick finish, unlike a metal tool.

It is heat resistant up to 240°C (464°F), so it can be used safely for stir-frying, deep-frying, and other high-heat cooking.

The stainless steel handle and the nylon tip are joined in a one-piece molded construction, so the tip will not come loose or separate from the handle during use.
