These grill tongs pick up and plate grilled fish without breaking it apart, and a stopper lets you lock them closed so they also work as a turner. The nylon tips are gentle on nonstick grill pans and pots since they will not scratch the surface, and they are heat resistant up to 240°C (464°F). The tongs are molded in one piece with no metal fasteners, so there are no gaps for food to collect in.
