Tanabe Kanagu Spatula Small 230mm 1672

This is a heat-resistant, easy-to-clean resin spatula for everyday cooking. The scooping edge is shaped to follow the curve of a pot or pan, so it scoops food cleanly. This small size measures 230 mm (9.1 in) in length.

It is heat resistant up to 240 C (464 F), a range that covers most home cooking, so it can be used with confidence across many dishes.

A raised bump on the back of the handle lifts the spatula head off the countertop when it is set down, keeping it away from direct contact with work surfaces. The same bump also works as a hook for hanging storage.

This spatula is dishwasher safe and made in Japan from 66 nylon with glass fiber.
