Tanabe Kanagu Sushi Tongs

These sushi tongs grip sushi firmly without crushing it, and the slim profile slides into tight gaps between dishes so you can serve one piece without knocking over the food next to it. The inside of the resin tips is embossed to keep food from slipping.

A patented handle design keeps the grip opening compact and comfortable, making the tongs easy to use for women and children, and a specially processed spring gives a secure hold without tiring your hand during long use. They are heat resistant up to 180°C (356°F) and molded in one piece with no metal fasteners. The tongs are dishwasher safe.

They work well for serving at celebrations, for picking up pieces at a conveyor belt sushi restaurant, or for plating sandwiches and small cakes at a buffet. Total length is 180 mm (7.1 in), with a thickness of 1.5 mm (0.1 in) and a weight of about 44 g (1.6 oz). Choose between black and white to match your table setting.
