Tanabe Kanagu Watashi no Kodawari Santoku Knife 17.5cm 5410

This all-purpose santoku knife is part of the Watashi no Kodawari series. The blade has a molybdenum vanadium steel core clad in rust-resistant 13-chrome stainless steel, made with modern equipment and skilled techniques.

The result is a knife that resists rust, holds its edge well and cuts cleanly from the very first use. The handle is laminated reinforced wood.

The blade length is 175 mm (6.9 in) and the knife weighs 197 g (6.9 oz / 0.43 lb). It carries the Made in TSUBAME certification mark, given to carefully made, quality products from Tsubame. Made in Japan.
