This deep tray system from Taniguchi Kinzoku is made in Japan in a commercial kitchen style for holding, organizing, and draining food during prep. The tray itself is made of lightweight aluminum with straight sides and a flat bottom, so it stacks and stores easily alongside other kitchen trays.

A matching wire rack insert, made of chrome plated steel, drops inside the tray to lift food above the base and let liquid drain or collect underneath. Tray and insert are sold separately, so each can be ordered on its own or paired together.

Use it for prepping, draining, cooling, or resting ingredients on a counter or in a refrigerator, whether in a home or commercial kitchen.
