Taniguchi Kinzoku Hammered Aluminum Yukihira Pot with Lid and Handle

This yukihira style pot is made in Japan by Taniguchi Kinzoku from aluminum with an all over hammered (tsuchime) finish that adds strength and helps the pot conduct heat efficiently. A redesigned spout makes pouring easier, and volume markings on the inside wall help with measuring while cooking.

The pot is for gas stovetops only and is not suitable for induction (IH) cooktops, ovens, or dishwashers.

A matching lid and a replacement wood handle are also available separately. The lid is made of aluminum with the same hammered finish, and the handle is natural wood fitted with a metal loop for secure attachment to the pot body, letting you replace a handle that has become loose, cracked, or worn without buying a whole new pot.

This listing offers the Pot in sizes from 14 to 24 cm, a Lid sized to fit either 16 to 20 cm or 22 to 24 cm pots, and a replacement wood Handle sized for 14 cm, 16 to 20 cm, or 22 to 24 cm pots.
