The Taniguchi Metal Ginnami oyako nabe is a parent and child style nesting pot made in Japan from aluminum. The surface is hammered (tsuchime) all over, which adds strength and gives the piece a traditional handcrafted look.
The pot body has a reshaped spout for easier pouring and measurement markings on the inside to help with cooking. It is made for gas stovetops and is not recommended for induction (IH) cooktops, ovens, or dishwashers.
