This yukihira style pot is part of Taniguchi Metal's Wa no Shokunin lineup, made in Japan from aluminum for everyday cooking. It works on induction (IH) cooktops as well as gas burners and other heat sources.

The pot has been renewed with a wall thickness increased by about 20 to 35 percent compared to the earlier version, which helps heat spread more evenly for a milder, more consistent cooking result.

We offer this pot in several diameters, along with a shallow type for lighter dishes and a regular type for everyday cooking with more depth. Choose the size and type that fits your kitchen.
