Tanita Non-Contact Washable Kitchen Timer

The Tanita kitchen timer lets you start and stop it by simply waving a hand over its sensor, so you never need to touch the buttons with wet or messy fingers. A magnet and a hole on the back let you set it down on a flat surface or hang it on a wall, and it displays comfort zone marks for temperature and humidity.

It is rated IPx5 for water resistance, so it stays safe when splashed and can be rinsed clean when it gets dirty. Volume and sound duration can both be adjusted to suit where you use it, and an LED lamp along with a low battery mark make it easy to check its status at a glance.
