This Thermos KNC-018S Cera Protect multi pot is designed to handle a variety of cooking methods in a single pot. The interior uses the Cera Protect Coat, a coating designed for high hardness and scratch resistance, and the pot works on both gas and induction (IH) heat sources. The coating is made without PFOA or PFOS.
The tempered glass lid can stand upright on its own and folds flat for compact storage. A wide metal band on the inside of the lid is designed to keep condensation from dripping, and a built in drain hole lets you strain water while the lid stays on.
The pot holds 2.1 L (2.2 qt) and ships in a package measuring about 28 x 18 x 13 cm (11 x 7.1 x 5.1 in).
This pot is offered in two colors, Deep Blue and Deep Red.
