This Thermos stir-fry pan is part of the Durable Premium series, with a fluororesin coating inside and a ceramic coating outside for a nonstick surface built for longer-lasting performance. It works on both gas and induction (IH) cooktops.
The aluminum alloy body has a phenolic resin handle, and the interior has no exposed rivets, so it wipes clean easily. The brown gold ceramic-coated exterior helps keep dirt from building up on the outside of the pan.
This pan is offered in two sizes, 26 cm and 28 cm, so you can pick the size that fits your cooking needs.
