Thermos Durable Premium Stir-Fry Pan Brown Gold 26cm KFP-026D

The Thermos KFP-026D is a stir-fry pan from the Durable Premium series, with a fluororesin coating inside and a ceramic coating outside for a non-stick surface built to resist sticking twice as long as earlier coatings. It works on both gas and induction (IH) cooktops.

The aluminum alloy body has a layered base of sprayed iron and aluminum for even heating, with a phenolic resin handle. The inside has no exposed rivets, so it wipes clean easily, and the iron-coated brown gold exterior helps keep dirt from building up on the outside of the pan.

It measures 44.5 x 27 x 11 cm (17.5 x 10.6 x 4.3 in) and weighs 600 g (21.2 oz / 1.32 lb).
