Thermos Durable Premium Tamagoyaki Pan 13cm Brown Gold KFP-013E

The Thermos KFP-013E is a tamagoyaki pan, the rectangular pan traditionally used in Japan for rolling layered omelets, from the Durable Premium series. It has a fluororesin coating inside and a ceramic coating outside, built to resist sticking twice as long as earlier coatings, and it works on both gas and induction (IH) cooktops.

The aluminum alloy body has a layered base of sprayed iron and aluminum for even heating and a phenolic resin handle. The inside has no exposed rivets for easy wiping, and the iron-coated brown gold exterior helps keep dirt from building up.

It measures 34.5 x 14 x 9 cm (13.6 x 5.5 x 3.5 in) and weighs 400 g (14.1 oz / 0.88 lb).
