This Thermos Durable Series pan is made for gas stovetops only. The aluminum alloy body has a fluororesin-coated interior with a wear-resistant Durable coating that resists sticking, paired with a baked-on exterior finish and a phenolic resin handle. The handle has been redesigned to be more comfortable and secure to hold than earlier versions in the line.

The frying pan style has deep sides, giving more room for stir-frying and simmering beyond everyday frying. The stir-fry pan style goes even deeper, so it also works for simmered dishes and soups in the same pan.

We offer this pan in two styles, frying pan or stir-fry pan, and in sizes 20 cm, 24 cm, 26 cm, and 28 cm, all finished in dark brown.
