Thermos's Durable series tamagoyaki pan has a handle that detaches for easy storage and oven use. It works on gas and induction (IH) cooktops and can also go in the oven.
The inside of the pan has a flat shape with no corners, so there is nowhere for bits of food or oil to collect, and a coating helps keep eggs from sticking and holds up over repeated use.
The detachable handle clips onto compatible cookware in this series and can be removed again, making the cookware easier to store. It has a slide style button to help prevent it from releasing by accident during use.
Choose the complete pan in black or red, or pick up a replacement handle in black for cookware in this series.
