This Thermos Shuttle Chef is a vacuum insulated cooker with a ceramic coated inner pot known as the Cera Protect Coat, built for high hardness and scratch resistance. The inner pot has an aluminum alloy body with a stainless steel clad bottom and a baked enamel exterior.
Bring food to a boil on the stovetop in the inner pot, then place the pot inside the vacuum insulated outer shell, where residual heat continues the simmering process off the heat. Once cooking is finished, the sealed outer shell can also be used to keep food warm. This cooking method saves energy while drawing out the flavor of the ingredients.
This cooker is offered in two sizes and two colors, Navy and Urban Red.
