This Albrid tart pan has a removable bottom, which makes it easy to lift finished tarts out of the pan. Depending on the filling, it can hold a savory quiche or a fruit tart, so it works equally well as a main dish or a dessert. The pan is made of aluminum, which conducts heat well for even baking and easy release, and is coated twice with a fluorocarbon resin nonstick finish that also makes cleanup simple. The fluted sides have 32 waves.
