This brioche pan from Tiger Crown's Albrid line is made of aluminum, which conducts heat well for even baking. The surface is double coated with a nonstick fluorocarbon resin finish that releases dough cleanly and is easy to wash.
To use, place the dough in the pan and press down on the edge with a finger to neatly trim away the excess before baking.
This pan is offered in four sizes: Small, Medium, Large, and an Extra Large Ring shape. Made in Japan.
