The Tiger Crown Albrit heart shaped cake pan is made of aluminum with a double layer of fluorine resin nonstick coating. Aluminum conducts heat well and keeps the pan light in weight while resisting rust.

The fluorine resin coating lets cakes and other baked goods release from the mold easily and makes the pan simple to wash. It can be used for baking as well as for chilled desserts.
