This Tiger Crown Albrit cake pan is made of aluminum, a metal that conducts heat well, resists rust, and keeps the pan lightweight. Each pan has a double layer of fluororesin nonstick coating.
The nonstick coating lets baked goods release cleanly from the pan and makes it easy to wash afterward. The pan can be used for baked treats as well as chilled desserts.
This cake pan is offered in five shapes: Lemon, Crescent Moon, Chrysanthemum, Star, and Hexagon.
