This cake pan is from Tiger Crown's Albrit series, made of aluminum with a fluororesin nonstick coating applied in two coats. Aluminum conducts heat well, resists rust, and keeps the pan lightweight, while the double coating lets baked goods release cleanly and makes the pan easy to wash.

The pan has a removable bottom, so finished cakes lift out easily once baking is done. It works well for baked treats as well as for desserts that are chilled in the pan after they come out of the oven.
