Tiger Crown Albrit Nonstick Heart Cake Ring 5306

This is a heart-shaped cake ring from Tiger Crown's Albrit series, made of aluminum with a double-coat fluorine resin nonstick coating and a melamine resin handle.

Aluminum has high heat conductivity and is lightweight and resistant to rust, while the double fluorine resin coating lets cakes and other desserts release cleanly and makes the ring easy to wash. It can be used for baked goods as well as for desserts that are chilled in the mold.

The ring measures 8.7 x 8.2 x 1.6 cm (3.4 x 3.2 x 0.6 in) and weighs 21 g (0.7 oz). It is made in Japan.
