This pie pan from Tiger Crown is made of aluminum that has been coated twice with fluororesin. Aluminum conducts heat well, resists rust, and keeps the pan lightweight.
The fluororesin coating lets baked goods release cleanly and makes the pan easy to wash. It can be used for baked treats as well as chilled desserts.
Made in Japan. Available in two sizes: 18 cm and 21 cm.
