Tiger Crown Albrit Nonstick Plain Rectangle Tartlet Pan 5317

This is a plain rectangular tartlet pan from Tiger Crown's Albrit series, made of aluminum with a double-coat fluorine resin nonstick coating.

Aluminum has high heat conductivity and is lightweight and resistant to rust, while the fluorine resin coating lets tarts release cleanly from the pan and makes cleanup easy. It can be used for baked tarts as well as desserts that are chilled in the pan.

The pan measures 9.4 x 4.6 x 1.1 cm (3.7 x 1.8 x 0.4 in) and weighs 10 g (0.4 oz). It is made in Japan.
